Recommend without resergation!!!

We ordered our hurricane windows in November 2021 and because of supply chain issues beyond their control they were just delivered. We went with EcoView primarily because of the price (they were $5,000 to $25,000 below the competition. Upon delivery the salesman told us we would have to pay an extra $1500 to rent a lift to install the high windows. We called the customer service rep and the owner, both of whom returned our calls promptly. The customer service rep took our side even though adverse to the salesman, and the owner, James, assured us that since there was no upcharge for a lift in the contract, it was on him. This was the second time I had to address a problem and both times the owner himself contacted us and remedied the problem. In these times when businesses forget your name once the check clears, this company is an exception. I am impressed with the concern for customer satisfaction and their commitment to it. In my old neighborhood, James would be referred to as a "stand up guy". I recommend EcoView without reservation whatsoever. We will certainly use them again!
